Fair Way Club Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Fair Way Club, the premium subscription service of Fair Way Marketplace (operated by FAIRWAYMARKETPLACE LTD). By subscribing to the Fair Way Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms supplement our standard website Terms of Service.

1. The Membership

The Fair Way Club is a subscription-based membership providing access to exclusive golf discounts, partner services, and marketplace benefits. We offer two payment tiers:

• Monthly Subscription: Paid in monthly installments.
• Annual Subscription: Paid as a single upfront payment.

2. Subscription Period & Commitment

• Monthly Subscriptions: To prevent “subscription hopping,” we operate a usage-based commitment policy. Once you have accessed or redeemed any of the Fair Way Club discount services or member-only benefits, your subscription is subject to a 12-month minimum term.
• Annual Subscriptions: Your membership lasts for 12 months from the date of payment. There is no long-term commitment beyond the year you have already paid for.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Monthly Members: * If you have not used any club benefits or discounts, you may cancel your monthly subscription at any time with 30 days’ notice.
  • Once a discount service has been utilised, you are committed to the remaining duration of a 12-month term. Early cancellation after using a service will result in the remaining balance of the 12-month term becoming due immediately.
• Annual Members: You may choose not to renew your subscription at the end of your 12-month term. As the fee is paid upfront, no refunds are provided for “early” cancellation once the year has commenced.

4. Fair Use & Restrictions

• Membership benefits are for the sole use of the account holder. Sharing discount codes or login credentials with non-members is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your membership without a refund.
• Discounts provided by third-party partners are subject to the partner’s own terms and availability.

5. Fees and Renewals

• Automatic Renewal: All subscriptions (Monthly and Annual) renew automatically at the end of their respective cycles unless cancelled in accordance with Section 3.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust membership fees. Any price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days before your next billing date.

6. Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to change your mind and cancel your subscription within 14 days of signing up.

• Important: If you choose to access or use any of the Fair Way Club digital benefits or discounts within this 14-day period, you acknowledge that you are waiving your right to a full refund, and the 12-month commitment  will apply. This applies for both monthly and annual subscriptions

7. Limitation of Liability

Fair Way Marketplace acts as a facilitator for various discounts. While we strive to ensure all partner offers are live and accurate, we are not responsible for the fulfillment or quality of services provided by third-party golf clubs or retailers.
