Fair Way Marketplace – Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
   This giveaway (“Giveaway”) is organised and promoted by Fair Way Marketplace (“the Promoter”) in partnership with DC TaylorMade Journeys (https://dctailormadejourneys.co.uk/).
2. Eligibility
   
   • Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
   • Employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or anyone
     professionally associated with this Giveaway are excluded from entry.
3. Giveaway Period
   
   • The Giveaway opens at 00:01 (BST) on 14th November 2025 and closes at 23:59 (BST) on 17th December 2025 (“Closing Date”).
   • Entries submitted after the Closing Date will not be valid.
4. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must complete the following steps:
   1. Follow, like, and save the official Giveaway post on Instagram or Facebook.
   2. Tag the person you would take with you.

Bonus entries:

• • List an item on the Fair Way app between 14th November and 17th December.
    • You must be a registered account holder to qualify (guest mode does not count).
    • One listing = one entry
    • Two or more listings = two entries (maximum)
  • Purchase an item on the Fair Way app between 14th November and 17th December counts as one entry.

Additional information:

• • Each valid entry on Instagram counts as one entry.
  • Each valid entry on Facebook counts as one entry.
  • Participants may enter once on each platform (maximum of two entries per
    person).
  • All users signed up to the Fair Way app receive one automatic additional entry after entering via social media.

5. Prize
   
   • One (1) winner will receive a golf trip to Florida for two people, including:
     
     • Flights
     • Accommodation
     • Car hire
     • Two rounds at World Village
     • Sunday tickets to The Players Championship
       
       • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.
       • Additional guests may be added to the trip at an extra cost; DC TaylorMade Journeys will provide quotes upon request.

6. Winner Selection & Notification
   
   • One winner will be selected at random on 18th December 2025, live on social media.
   • The winner will be announced on Fair Way Marketplace’s official social media channels on 18th December 2025.
   • The winner will also be contacted directly via Fair Way’s verified social media accounts only.
   • If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Prize Fulfilment
   
   • The Promoter and DC TaylorMade Journeys will provide all prize details directly to the winner for arranging flights, accommodation, and other elements.
   • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for changes to, or cancellations of, travel arrangements made by third-party providers.
8. Fraud & Scam Warning
   
   • There are many fraudulent accounts imitating brands running giveaways.
     Please note:
     • The Promoter will never ask you to provide payment or banking information.
     • Official contact will only come from Fair Way Marketplace’s verified social media accounts.
     • If in doubt, please verify via our official website, app, or social media before responding.

9. Data Protection
   
   • By entering, participants agree that the Promoter may collect and process personal data (such as name, email, and address) for the purpose of administering the Giveaway.
   • Data will be handled in accordance with Fair Way Marketplace’s Privacy Policy.
10. General
    
    • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway where necessary due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
    • The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters relating to the Giveaway will be final and binding.
    • This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Apple, Google, or any of the prize providers.
